Im not shore about ir5000 but ir machines usually have"" make multiple pdf button"".I beleve you have
this button in adobe program.

Photoshop cannot save files as PDF. You need something like Acrobat, and I don't mean the acrobat reader. There are open source programs as well, that can save a scanned image as a pdf.
