    E744-4000 in IR5070

    Need help here,

    I have IR5070 copier, but it wont start, it always shown e744-4000, i'm already change the bot ROM and the HDD from another IR5070, but it still shown e744-4000.

    Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

    Need help ASAP...

      Try to reinstall system.

          reinstall the hard disk or reseting the copier?

              Use SST and install system sofware again.

                  were u doing any board swapping in there ???

                  The correct DC Controller PCB needs to go with the right model machine or E744-4000 error code will occur.

                  iR 5070 / 5570 / 6570 DC Controller PCB is FM2-3646-040
                  iR 5055 / 5065 / 5075 DC Controller PCB is FM2-9857-000
                  iR 5050 DC Controller PCB is FM3-3763-000

                      I did not swap anything, i buy machine from us and when i tested the copier it shown that error, i'm try to change the bot rom, the hdd, and it wstill wont work, is there something problem with the cable that connected to the PCB?
