Mac OS X to any Canon - Page two prints @ 90 degrees ??

Hi,

When printing multipage documents from my Mac with OS X system software the first page prints the correct way round then all the following pages are at 90 degrees?

This is happening to all 3 of my canon printers, IR7095 and 2 x clc 5100 when using the mac, the pc's all print fine.

Turn off Auto Orientation /

Note* there are patches for this 90 degree Mac issue for connected Fiery's
