i got ir 3570 it keep on folding paper right before it reaches the drum. jam code is 0107
i think paper has lots of humidity in it .is there any solution for humidity .is there any setting or heater for paper cassette please let me know if there is any thing

Do you have problem only with duplex printing?

most likely it is on double sided

Pull out two black rollers on delivery tray.
