    IR210 printing

I have an IR210 still in the field that has print. One day print just stopped working. Copier will print out test page and configuration page. You can PING it from the computer, but nothing ever prints out. We have reinstalled drivers and already replace the large print board.....any other suggestions.

It makes copies fine, just not printing. Would the alert being turned off still apply? We already put a new printer board in. Would it print out the configuration and test pages if the boards were bad?

Is your Configuration pages with black strip at the top with time/date stamp?

If yes, then at your printer driver's Port tab configure it to use LPD with "print" (lower case only) as queue name; enable LPR byte count ; uncheck SNMP.

If I'm not wrong, your printer board is Fiery and at that time 9100 port is not that widely in use yet.

You're right about port 9100 not being supported on this Fiery.

As I recall, it wasn't an option until windows 2000 came along, and this machine was out before then.
