are u using the DF ??
Check the document shutter fingers. If they are not fully retracting into the plastic guide, remove the pad underneath the shutter and re-test the DADF-
When you scan images into a mail box or a file and then you print them, the images are shifted .
Copies off the glass are good. ???????
Solution :
You must do image basic adjustments starting on page 13 -13 of service manual . Start by adjusting the image off the glass by adjusting registration and cassette position and then adjust memory print using ADJ X/Y in service mode under ADJUST.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
