iR3530 Duplex problem

Greeting to all

Need help.
My current ir3530 machine having double side printing problem.The machine MN-Con is just26.02 , DC-Con 10.10 and Boot rom 08.38N

Can some one help me with the firmware?Or any technical bulletin for me?

Today when back and check.
Most of the jam code are 0107 and a few with 0101

0101 :> Jam Code > pick-up jam in multi feed ass'y

You are checking > THE SEPARATION PLATE.....?
It was found that >>>> the separation plate in the multi feed ass'y
was warped and interfered with the separation roller,
resulting in a rotational failure of the roller.

Remedy > Check up or Replace the separation plate with a new one.

u really need to make sure your machine has the updated vertical path rollers, lower right door and inner guide assembly. without these mods you will have nothing but jam issues on this machine. The part numbers for the doors and inner guide are FM3-1296-000 and FM3-1297-000

To charm : vertical roller has been change to grey color type and with some modyfication on inner guide

To gensys : i will try to follow the instruction on the bulletin but my Dc-con only v10.10 .Is there any early version bulletin?
