[Jamming] iR 3235 duplex jam

Hi all, i have a problem with an ir3235 machine. if i do onesided copies everything is ok. if i switch to twosided, the copier does the first site then stops in the duplex guide. the jam code is 010A PS4A - delay jam

Simple fix= don't do two-sided customer-service2.jpg


or process of elimination is to inspect the duplex operation>>>
1- does it jam on duplex from network prints ?
2-what size paper is the issue ?
3-cassette tray location /all trays ??
