    IR C3100 calibration

    colors not calibrating correctly, for example, when printing black text other colored text appears in backgroup

      I Agree,the transfer belt cleaning assy or drum unit is old and needs to be replaced. What's the life on the dv units?

        we need a pic to see what the machine is actually doing....this also could be a fuser issue with flat spots, developers overtoning or image misalignment of the 4 developers.
        Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

            Thanks for the quick reply, will post images once I return onsite. I should also mention cyan and magenta leakage even after vacuuming internals, will order replacment cyan and mag developer units. Do these units need to be reset after replacment?
