Hello everyone I have a client with a CIR 4060i displaying error code E000007-0211*I have most of my career spent servicing the Ricoh line of machines and I would be grateful for any input on this problem. Thank you all.

E00007-0211 = Error of temporary prevention of full displacement of belt
Remedy:
Replace the fixing unit
To be sure:Go to service mode *simultaneously 28 * copier>counter>drbl1 and check FIX roller counter (%).

Thank you for that info. I do not know the procedure for entering the Service Mode would be able to share that with me I also was wondering if I needed to clear a fusing unit counter? And if so which simulation it is. Thank you again for your generosity.Trade like a tiger sleep like a babyComment

Reread Zoraldino's post,, he told you how to enter service mode!
Fuser unit counter does not need to be cleared to resolve the issue. I assume this model is similar to the irc4080 series copier here in the U.S. The fuser assembly more than likely needs to be replaced, a very expensive part, and not for the casual service vendor. You may want to refer this to a Canon trained tech. It is not a simple part swap like on earlier models..."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"

belt displacement/ Error of temporary prevention of full displacement of belt (When a belt was displaced to the rear side and could not move to the center, the displacement of the belt was not eliminated within one minute in the belt displacement temporary prevention mode.
Fixing Seizure Sensor bracket could just be broken if u are lucky/ if belt is not damaged/ tech can inspect and replace Seizure Sensor bracket - belt can be put back to center position
As mrfixit51 stated u need a trained Canon tech
Call for a Canon tech/ to inspect or replace Fix Unit/**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment
