canon IR C 3200 discoloration , blurry and keep on waiting!

good day!

i really need help regarding my IR c3200, i haven't uses it for almost two weeks but when i going to print it show some discoloration and blurry image, i already clean the ITB and the rollers on it, but still no changes, so I called up canon service tech. but until now they haven't responded, its been almost a month. so i decided to turn it on again but this time it wont proceed to ready copy, the display say wait... i tried to re-slot the memory card but still no luck at all. please see attached pix.

Machine keep waiting because can not be calibrated.Use reading material and enjoy.You have a lot work to do.

there are many post's in this forum concerning your issue/ do a search for iR3200 or iR3220 , with solutions displayed

to add/ waiting message is usually bad memory or a HDD going bad

there is a big difference between the following messages-

Waiting
Please Wait
Waiting to Print
Wait a Moment

this is the display, its almost an hour keep on waiting.

Try removing the boards plugged into the Main Controller one by one to try and isolate which one could be causing the problem. If all the boards check out fine you may have a bad SRAM PCB


if u have an imagePass connected/ disconnect & remove it/ then power up

This tipe of waiting have nothing to do with blurry prints.Like Teckat say,reconnect SRAM and DIMMS or in the worst case replace one.

sir, i already reconnect SRAM and DIMMS, unplugged, and replace SRAM, but still no luck

done with the scan disk, "download mode" appear on the screen. do i have to wait for it? how would I re-install the firmware? can you please guide me.

Canon Service Support Tool=SST
+ the iR3200 firmware loaded in the SST

it doesn't work sir. i guess i need to re install the firmware. but my problem is where I could get those SST and firmware and the guide on how to do it.
realy need it very badly.

The firmware & the tool to install it are only available to Canon engineers. I don't know if you have a tech you can call out but this is your best bet.

OMG,where the hell i could fine this thing! I doubt if the canon tech in our place has this SST & firmware. cause they don't sell this type of machine IR C3200. could someone has canon SST and firmware please help me.
