have a machine thats jamming on d/sided 1st copy comes out no problem then 2nd will jam through duplex flapper any ideas please, sensor is ps3a jam code 010c

check the paper guide at the top section of the right door was stuck in the upwards position and would not allow the paper to enter this area after the paper was reversed. Check the images below in reference to this guide in both positions. The top image is the "correct" position and the bottom picture is the "wrong" position.

checked that its sitting fine ,strange thing is 1st copy comes out fine then 2nd and 3rd copy will come out together with only 1side printed then throws jam, happening from all trays its as if duplex not pulling them back down duplex to do 2nd side??

check to make sure that guide isn't sticking or broke on the end. There is a rubber pad on the end gets sticky as well and can cause the guide to be held in place longer than necessary.
