IR5065 with error code

    IR5065 with error code

    Today My IR5065 show Error Code E808-0002.
    I don't have service manual, What is the meaning of this error code.
    Plese help...

      E808-0001 The IH power supply input voltages are higher than the stipulated voltages.
      E808-0002 The IH power supply input voltages are lower than the stipulated voltages.

      The remedy description for either code is to plug the machine into a wall outlet with the correct voltage and replace the fixing heater power supply. I would check your wall voltage and then put a meter on the IH power supply to see what your readings are.
