Very poor copy with my Canon IR3100

Hi,

The copies in my Canon IR3100 come out very badly. There are black lines all over the copy. I have replaced the drum unit with a new one and have also cleaned the ITB cleaning Unit. However, still the copies are very bad. I have attached the photo of the copy I have taken. Help pls!!!

I am still trying upload the photos. Even from the URL, it seems am unable to upload the photos.

Yes, I have replaced it with a genuine canon drum unit (with waste toner container & ITB cleaning blade).Hence, I have replaced the ITB cleaning blades as well. Still the copies don't turn up good. Any guess!!!
