Canon IR4570 E005-002 code

Hi Guys!
I've got an IR4570 which has a E005-002 service code. I couldn't find it in the service manual, and dunno for what is it. I found the canon use it for cleaning web count Could it be?
Or what else?

Yes unfortunatelly it hasn't got....so it couldn't reset the counter of it.

What else can be?

E000005-0002

I swear I'm also courious about the problem cause I still haven't found the problem.
