Changing ColorPASS GX-100 for imagePRESS Server Q1

I have and imagePRESS C1
unfortunately came second GX-100 and a server Q1
I noticed that machines are the same
it is possible to change these two serves to act as Q1
I have to do
so replace the CMOS and the system installed?
because I'm doing this and not working
Anyone know where I'm wrong

You can upgrade a Q1 to a Q2 !!
imagePRESS Server Q1 Ver.1.1 to imagePRESS Server Q2 Ver.2.0. There is no hardware upgrade; the same hardware platform for imagePRESS Server Q1 can be used for the imagePRESS Server Q2 Ver.2.0.
important to note, however, that a Q2 which has been upgraded from a Q1 will not support the use of Clear Toner with the imagePress C1.

Don't think u can turn a GX-100 to a Q1

can not. each motherboard is unique. if you change the cmos (bios) says incompatible hardware, o. no valid license.
or between two Q1.o two GX100.
so when you buy a motherboar say they do not put the bios motherboar bad.
can not. I've tried. but read this.

we had a tech try this and he ruined two motherboards in the process. Moral of the story is you can't do it.
