    Error e602-0002 . replacing the hdd

    Hello,

    I'm new here so i just want to say "hi". First of all i have an issue with canon ir 2200. In the very beggining i had an 602-0001 error, than i tried to format hdd on the copier using the "1 and 9 " button. After this operation, the 602-0002 error appeard. So now i don't know what to do

    Any suggestions ?

          looks like i have to reinstall software. Can anyone help me with this? How to do this? And where i can download soft?

              There is no canon firmware download site.Best solution is to call canon trained tech.
              Also you need service support tool.

                      huge file and you need to know what you are doing with it. More than likely you are going to need to replace your machines HDD and reload the firmware. You can find people on ebay selling these things.
