          Check the power coming from the power supply of the finisher. 5volts brown wires / 24 volts red wires.

          Check the connection of the Arcnet cable and that it is installled correctly.

          Power cycle the unit and boot the machine in the proper order.
          Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
