why can't get connected to copier ir c3200

I try to download both drivers with a fairy box or without but my computer will not detected even with the copier setting an ip addres it will not print please help I try everything I have windows 7 64x canon ir c3200

does it have internal print or an imagepass?

have you tried to ping the IP address?

still need to know which print option you have so we can help you get this worked out. There are several 3200 threads already on the forum with printing issues. you may want to take a look.

how would I ping the ip addres in the comand

go to command prompt
then type in ping 192.168.xxx.xxx for example. You would type in the IP scheme that you configured on the copier.

the xxx are for three digits. but would match your IP scheme

I try and it said that it send 4 Packets and received 4 lost 0

is connected to my raoter but when I try to add the the printer to devices or printers will not detected

unplug the copier from the network and try pinging again to make sure you do not have an IP conflict.

If you have an imagepass attached to the copier win 7 64 bit is not supported for PS. Only 32 bit for both PS. 64 bit for PCL is supported.

If you have internal print on the machine then both PCL and PS are supported.

Are you sure this unit has the printing options installed on it?

it has the imagepass in the back but with w 7 64x don't work but before I put it on the guy who sold it said it could print without the box but still could not should I take off the imagepass

if you remove the imagepass you will have to install the multi-pdl kit for this model which requires swapping out boards, boot rom and reloading firmware which will require a technician.

older 32's needed nboot rom to print all came with nics and the ablitity to pull scan out of box goto service mode copier display version and look for ps or pcl or ps/pcl values should be 1 if zero u cant print if u have a fiery check in service mode copier option int-mg set 3
fiery drivers wont print to non fiery copier and none fiery drivers wont print to fiery

sorry did not see all of your thread
if the copier had a fiery connected to it and you have removed it will not print reconnect fiery
again 2 different boot roms nboot you can print stand alone cboot you can print with fiery attached only
