E602-0003 error code.
At times, a sector error occurs when the power is turned off while data is being written to the HDD. This will indicate 'E602-0003' and prevent the machine from entering service mode.
first try a HD-Check-
To execute this mode, hold down the '1' and '9' keys on the keypad for approximately 6-8 seconds. A flashing block will show in the top left corner of the LCD.
Normally, 'HD-Check' lasts about 15-20 minutes, and ends if no fault is encountered or specific sectors have automatically been repaired bringing up DOWNLOAD MODE on the LCD.
DO NOT STOP ONCE STARTED.In certain cases,"HD-Check" can take longer than 15-20 minutes and sometimes the machine can hang in this mode and will never complete.

This code refers to a problem with the Horizontal Home Position Sensor, or the Horizontal Registration Motor M3.
check for broken gear on the Horizontal Registration Motor.

M3 Motor - FK2-0144-000
check contact pin at intermediate connector J3040-2. This is the signal line for M3, the horizontal registration motor. Reform the contact pin if bent >to the proper position.
E051-0000- At start-up, home position is not detected when the horizontal registration assembly is moved 100 mm in the direction of home position.

Main Cause- The horizontal home position sensor is faulty. The horizontal registration motor is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
1. Connector
Are the connectors of the horizontal registration home position sensor and the horizontal registration motor connected?
a. DC controller PCB (J304) <-> relay connector <-> horizontal registration home position sensor
b. DC controller PCB (J304) <-> relay connector <-> horizontal registration motor
NO: Connect the connectors.
2. Sensor lever (damage and interference),
Sensor
Is abnormal noise heard from the horizontal registration assembly in keeping with the motor rotation?
YES:
a. The horizontal registration assembly is out of place because of damage to the sensor lever. Replace the sensor lever.
b. The horizontal registration assembly malfunctions because of the presence of foreign matter. Remove the foreign matter.
c. The sensor is faulty and cannot detect home position. Replace the sensor.
3. Horizontal registration motor, DC controller PCB
Is the horizontal registration motor control signal generated by the DC controller PCB?
J304-1/2: 24 V, J304-3/4/5/6: motor excitation signal
YES: The horizontal registration motor is faulty.
Replace the motor.
