    Check TCP/IP for iR mashin

    It is necessary to remember the following

    The mashine`s TCP/IP isn`t in operation..................
    > in user mode, check the tcp/ip settings > ip address, DHCP, RARP, BOOTP
    The server can`t be found (ip can`t identified).....................
    > in user mode check the DNS settings & DNS data settings...
    If server can`t connected (ip address & port in question fails)
    > in user mode check gateway address of the ip address settings, check LDAP server settings, check to see if the UDP packed is blocked by a filter

          if there is an ip conflict the ir nic will stop working if u have the correct ip unplug copier from net goto a desktop run cmd and ping that address or contact the it dept to insure ip is ok have had 1 instance where nic was bad all others where ip conflicts lots
