i have ir3570,i already change 5 heater unit but still come out the same problem...
power supply broad already exchange but still same....can anyone for u all help me slove it????my customer want it asap...tq...

mean??at here usually power in is 240v..but i not sure the power supply at copier is 120v or 230v...

230 v gets fm2-1794 film unit , you used the wrong part !
