Check the cable from the developing unit.

already check and replace the sensor still the same.

When the above-mentioned symptom occurs, remove the Toner Sensor and clean the Toner Sensor mounting
area on the Developing Assembly Container and the Toner Sensor. Then, mount the Toner Sensor again so that
it is placed in parallel with the Container. Be careful to ensure toner is not trapped by the Sensor and the surrounding
area is clean. Or, replace the Developing Assembly with the one for which production process is
changed.

Factory Measures:
Change production process of the Developing Assembly to prevent the Toner Sensor from being fixed askew.
This measure shall be implemented for the Developing Assembly from LOT No. 50506xxx or later.
