[Misc] USB Media for IRC 5035i

    Hello,
I have issue regarding to the usb media of IRC 5035i. I can't view the files from my usb device when i connect it to the usb media port beside of the control panel. Is there any settings need to enable on the system settings or Service mode? and also I found usb cable inside of the control panel, you will see it when you slide the control panel and by removing the front cover of the reader. Is there any connection on it? or is it must be having connection on the usb media so that it will work on it? Thanks in advance!!

If your model advance series go in service mode level 2,find disp-sw and ui-mem set to 1 and restart the machine.

    COPIER>OPTION>DSPLY-SW>UI-MEM

The extra USB cable is for an option and has nothing to do with the USB port. Did you enable the port under settings/registration?

Settings registration>preferences>display settings>store location settings>turn memory media to 'ON' and recycle the power is all you need to do to enable the port from factory.

Just follow the path that I typed up. There is no need to go into service mode for this option. We turn them all to 'ON' before it leacves our office.
