U need to read this PDF/ Preventing Error Code E077

The new gears cannot be replaced on the old unit because there has been a change in the
position of the gear shaft.
Replace the entire Secondary Transfer Cam Drive Assembly.
The Stepping Motor; FK2-0578-000 [D] is not supplied with the new Secondary Transfer Cam Drive Assembly; FM3-1210-000.


best is replace whole unit new-

Gears Will break from the C clip falling off the Bearing shaft/or missing entirely
Have seen this on new Printer installs with that error code
