[Error Code] Canon iR-ADV 7065i e760-0001

I am currently getting an intermittent e760-0001 on an iR-ADV C7065i. It has a imagepass- A1 attached. I have reloaded system software for the iR and also reloaded the fiery system. I can't seem to find any articles around so if anyone has any suggestions/ theories than they would be greatly appreciated.

I would check your SRAM on main controller 2. Try swapping it with a new one as well. We have had this on the B/W advance series

saw that last week.
is there a fax on the copier?
check the fax report to see if the code coincides with a particular fax no.
we have a particular junk fax company, which causes the fax on our image runners to lock up after trying to receive from them.
on advance models, it causes e760
