    [Jamming] Canon ir7105 finisher V2

Having random jams with finisher V2 saddle finisher Jam code 10CC in copier history. Finisher controller code J-cc can not find this code in any Canon manuals. My help desk could not find the code listed anywhere. Any help would be great.

    error code, 10CC
    from old support site
This has been caused (I believe) by trim waste getting dragged downstream and sticking to the backside of the vertical transport belt and triggering one or more of the transport sensors.
replaced both of the trim knifes-(wiped down the entire area with anti-static fluid )as it seems that everything was cutting ok, just not falling into the waste container.

For intermittent E500 codes, remove & re-seat the EEPROM on the Finisher Controller.

Check the power coming from the power supply of the finisher. 5volts brown wires / 24 volts red wires.

Check the connection of the Arcnet cable and that it is installed correctly.

Power cycle the unit and boot the machine in the proper order.

When connecting the imageRUNNER 7105 / 7095 / 7086 Series main engine to its delivery accessories (ex. Finisher V1 / Saddle Finisher V2), the Signal Cable, T-Shape Connector and Terminator must be configured correctly.

If an improper connection is made (ex: connecting the signal cable directly to the main body without attaching it to the T-Shape connector or forgetting to attach the terminator to the end of the T-Shape connector), the following error codes can occur:
