    Service Support Tool (SST 3.34) Help for IRC3220 PUSH SCAN

    Greetings all,

    I'm having some problems trying to reflash my IRC3220 with SST3.34.
    Twain scanning on the machine is working fine along with everything else except the push scan (Scan to file) function. I cant seem to be able to get the send function up and running on the LCD screen. Some help on how i should go about with the flashing of firmware to enable push scan will be greatly appreciated. Please share your thoughts.

      To enable push scanning, you need to have the universal send option installed.

          This universal send option, Where do i find it? Is it included in the firmware or is it a hardware that i have to get? How do i go about with the installation?

              It is an option, you have to install along with a resolution switching PCB.
