    [Misc] canon iRC3380

    Hi all,i have this problem of insert drum (black) appear on one of my machine,i have tried to exchange
    a whole new black drum but not avail,but if i switch on & off,the machine can work for a while,once if i open the
    front door,then closed back,the sign will appear,help????????????

          Sad think is , many techs have no access to firmware updates

          For some unknown reason- Canon sits on it's on pedestal /
          u purchase their products-it eventually needs a update-
          so screw the customer & unauthorized tech/
          let them discover a way to address the issue
          **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
