[Error Code] Canon IRC 4080 Error 751-9000

I am getting the Error 751-9000 evrry time i start the machine IRC 4080.
Could anybody told me how to solve this issue
the service manual is mentioning a fail in the power supply.
could anybody advice another reason.

hi the last time i saw this code it was to do with a compatible toner fitted to the mc, which toner was the last one put in or take out all toners to see if it runs up or it could be drum problem.

E751-9000/
24V down was detected during communication with the drum unit or toner container. (The color cannot be
identified.)
Check the power supply output of 24V series on the main power supply PCB.
