I know, but file "Ir2200-XXxx0007-HDFORMAT.ift" does not contain Toshiba MK2023GAS. I was try to enter this model, but nothing. Internal error. I wil try to find newer .ift file. I use sst 4.11. I will also try different HDD.

Done. I use my old "Ir2200-XXxx0007-HDFORMAT.ift" for formatting. I found some old HDD Seagate 80GB. I was import him in .ift file, and finally it works. I use SST 4.11.

I am not end user. i am working ricoh and canon for seven years. I have many things, but in my country is very hard to find anything for servicing. I have not access to canon tech site. One company in my country have it.

Yeah in our country ALGERIA we have the same situation ..it have any canon dealer support technique ....be patience my friend maybe one day we discover to the better country ..how we find all support technology ...by way ...the frimware is same in canon ir2800/3300/2200 ..tray it ...
