I don't believe CCD Adjust has nothing to so with this,,, I fought this for quite awhile on a iR3320 years ago. It has to do with image data error on the main controller. The resolution to my long fought battle was to replace the memory on the main controller...

If u have a Fiery S1 Connected make sure the setting of Image Control is set to "4" in service mode -
Service Mode Level 1 ( * 2 / 8 * ) > Copier > Option > INT-FACE, highlight IMG-CONT, select 4, press OK.
Cycle the main power switch for the change to take effect.

Try performing a hard drive clear for'0' To perform a hard drive clear: 1-Enter service mode level 1 by pressing Additional Functions 2 / 8 Additional Functions, 2-Select Copier > Function > System. 3-Next, select CHK-TYPE and press '0'. 4-Finally highlight HD-CLEAR and press ok. Note:Always power cycle the machine after performing service mode adjustments
