SST and FIRMWARE for IR 6000i urgent

Hi Mates,

I am glad that I found this huge forum community.

I have an error code E602-0004 on my IR 6000i. the next step is to replace my HDD and to install a new firmware.

I would kindly ask you to send to me the SST and the firmware for the IR 6000i copier, and to get rid of the monopole of the service man in my country.

And if you just told me the steps how to install the firmware and how to know which the right HDD I need.

I am a PC hardware/software specialist so if you ever need any consultation or software please let me know.

The canon partners which you mentioned are not qualified to unscrews a screw, they damage my CLC 1100 with just 100K copies made, it was E-072, five of them did not solve my problem even make it worse, they was unprofessional and vulgar even they was ungentle with the parts of the machines. now this machine is unusable, what you are talking about man, you know the real situation here, and I believe if Canon just know what is the real situation here I guarantee to you, that all 10 partners will stay with out partnership certificate. do not make me talk further please.

I solve my problem, A person from here whom I give a name "the legend man" helped me, and know every thing is OK.

The procedure was simple.

Buy manuals, read attentively.
You will find EVERYTHING in manuals that it is necessary for you.

Also repair the machines ITSELF - better you nobody repairs them.

I own about 15 Ir 6000s and 6 IR 4570s in my business. Unfortunately some are down due to firmware and SST issues.

Kindly (rather desperately) requesting for some software. My technician does not have any and he tells me the only source for some is the net.
