canon np7161

i have canon np7161 show jam in the center of the machine. I checked all the sensors are free i replaced the two boards stile the same please help.

as soon as i switch on the machine it show jam without warming up

Sometimes the sensors tend to be faulty due to dirt and dust which makes them indicate the jam code, if not try disconnecting the senors and have them connected, otherwise check that there is no fraction of a paper in the fixing unit or the pick-up area as it is sometimes hard to notice or even see small harves or bits of paper caught between the rollers, unit,etc.
