cleaned all senzors in DF even the two of 2way led's under black transport plastic.

It is obvious that document feeder see paper jam somewhere.First would be that the circuit board of the 2way led's is gone to dust but cant say for
sure (don't have a part to replace).

Anyway if anyone had similar problem please replay

Sounds to me like you're not getting 24V to the doc feeder; or the board that controls it is dead.

        document feeder problem

Hi have a look at the flipper motor arm if it does not rotate when you press for a copy it will give you this type of jam. The arm of the motor should come out on top of originals when you press for a copy and the motor or arm gets lazy .hope this is a help ..happy new year to all

          i/o mode

maybe a good idea to look in the i/o mode to see which sensor thinks there is paper. if all voltages are ok to the board. spring off of something or maybe you just need to do a sensor init

Like logonjim said, check the re-circulating motor..the arm is just pressed onto the output shaft of the motor and they are famous for coming loosen..also the harness assembly from adf pcb to document tray is noted for wires breaking, especially in accounts where paper guides are moved alot(legal to letter,as in a lawyers office)
