    long ago far away C120

14 years ago we sold a C120 and have kept it going until now. E000 errors and could not convince the customer to upgade even to a modest priced used machine. Just put in a new fixing assy and now have unfused copies. Customers love these things enough to pay $450 T&M to fix but now the manual says triac and all I can find is a component on the DC Power Supply Q108, BCR16PM-8L-A8. Is this the triac they are talking about?
