    Information about Ir 4570,3570

Is this good for copy center that can produce at least 500,000 copies per month with consistent performance?? Is this unit using a fusing film or fusing roller? thanks in advance

Forget it, iR4570 is an office machine with 55.000 /month duty cycle, using fixing film for fusing.

don't use IR4570 for copy service,,

        get IR6570 / IR5000/6000 / IR5075 for best productions

None of the machines mentioned in this thread can run 500k/month, or even anywhere near that number.

That is a LOT of prints - are you sure that's an accurate number?

If your volume truly is that high, I would suggest at least two machines, more like the iR105, that is if you're looking for used equipment.

Teckat that Bizhub in the video is printing slowly ,maybe 50 cpm?
Why not suggest an iR7105 ? I've just finished working on an iR7105, looks like a fine machine.
Running 20.000 prints without replacing the Toner Cartridge, just like the iR105 with a better finisher.

thanks a lot guys ... can you suggest 35-50cpm in any brand? In our country we used to buy and sell refurbished machine and servicing it for free, as long as customers is buying parts and consumables from us.. I worked on canon IR 400 for almost 4 years and this gave me good profit and less technical problems... This models are already obsolete. so, I'm starting to learn what brand and model I will purchase... thanks in advance..

                              In the range of 35-45 cpm. from Canon the choice is iR3570, iR4570, iR3035, iR3045, iR3235, iR3245.
About the fixing film used on the new machines, you must learn how to repair it, it's not difficult.
