    Compatible Toner

Whats the thoughts on compatible toners for canon copiers. We've been dealing with a reliable supplier for compatible toners for other copiers but as of yet not Canon. Anybody with experience of Canon copier compatibles?

No Compatible/ third party toner is like playing with fire, especially for color-u will eventually get burned

    Leave experimenting to the scientist/
A tech is faced with enough issues, they don't need some customer or service company tinkering with the toner, and then lying about it, when they place a desperate service call for CQ issues-

In the Canon IR 2270 series the compatible toner rubs off in certain cases. Produce a PG7 solid black and the toner can be rubbed off with the thumb.
It also doesn't produce a solid black across the page fading into a dark grey.

          Re: Compatible Toner

The simple answer is this,, the reduction in cost to provide toner to your customers in usually offset in much higher service costs dealing with copy quality issues, some of which are not resolvable while using the non OEM Canon toner...
