c3220 won't boot

My C3220 boots fine most of the time. Then it gets all nasty and only boots on the screen about 5% then screen goes blank no respose to keyboard, and only the green power light illuminated. Machine contines warming up but screen never comes back on. If I cycle the power a few times it will usually boot the whole way. Then its fine for the rest of the day.

Yesterday it only booted once I kept the covers open, and then it was fine.

Any ideas before I get my handy hammer.

I cannot find any error codes.

REMOVE PRINTER Memory DIMS/ CLEAN W/ALCOHOL/DRY Them /RE-SEAT THEM
Remove and re-seat boot ROM


Swap out the Memory DIMMs (from another machine if available to test DIMMS
