[Error Code] IRC3200 auto restart

Hi anybody.

Here I am facing the irc 3200 that auto restart when the customer do printing the jpeg file in about 1.3mg file size. I tried reseat both of the ram but still the same. Its ok if printing a document. What is the problem here.

does the unit have a fiery or multi-pdl board?

this machine work well before. only in a few days it happen.
Sory for i am not clear what you mean the fiery and multi pdl.

Print out a USER Data P Print



U could also have one bad DIMM/

Machine reboots when a print job is sent to the machine.
Clear all network settings to restore factory defaults.
Reboot machine and re-enter the IP address.
Same applies for the Canon controller as well.
