Canon 1025IF setup

Hi guys,

Im a Sharp tech that just got tossed 2 brand new Canon machines. The first one is a 1025IF, still waiting to find out what the other one is.

Im still waiting for my service manual CD. Is there any special setup procedures for this machine? On Sharp i would change the country code, DV calibration etc before putting toner into the machine.

Is this ones service mode still asterisk 2+8 asterisk ?
I thought i'd get some advice before even plugging this thing in.
Any tips would be appreciated!

this unit is kind of like a fax unit that can copy and print. You can set your time/date under the additional functions along with the time zone. The machine auto adds and stirs the toner on start up. It is pretty much plug and play.
