My customers IR5000i
when I turn it on, normally as usual.
when ready, the display panel lights off but panel power is light.
I try to replace the RAM memorybut still, after a while I try to switch back to normal and then place the screen turns off, I try to turn off the main power and turn back, the screen is not only the flame of the lamp power alone.

helpful suggestions

check connector Main Controller J1012 for a loose connection.
check 5 volts from J1018B-pin 3
are fans on ?

is power light green ?
does printer power/heat up ??
