Canon Error Code E000020-01b0
Canon IR3200. Need help with the number sequence to determine which drum is faulty. Any help would be appreciated.

check the yellow drum unit, laser shutter or the plastic actuator on the right side of the front door. good luck.Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works! -
one more check
not to take away from things already mentioned, there have been reports of the tabs on top of the drum units breaking. these tabs stick up and open the toner door to the unit. If these get broken the drum toner hatch will not open, so the drum will work for awhile until it needs more toner.Comment

also check the pattern reading unit for dirt. This machine reads the yellow pattern first. For future ref. the drum unit sub code run like this.
