canon ir3570 rui problem

i have a ir3570 with rui installed, turned on but i get the following message everytime i try to access it online, any ideas? here is the message
Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.162.

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

Do you have "Secure Print" from uniFlow ?

Looks like the copier is trying to access the server and it can not.

no i dont, it has to be a machine setting because we use this laptop for testing all the machines that come through here and i have never seen this issue with an rui before. i am not sure if there is something i am missing like a setting in the machine or what? when we got this machine it had never been connected as a printer so we updated the software and installed the ip addy....... on and on...... it prints scans scans to email but no rui

fixed, flashed firmware again, then changed ip address and that worked, i get a message that it is a non secure site and questions whether i want to go there but i allow the permission to access the site and the rui comes right up

I thought a fresh coat of software might be your best bet, and I see you discovered it before I even had a chance to read the posts...

When in doubt, flash to the latest software levels and start clean...
