[Error Code] Canon Ir 7086 e602-2001

Please Help.
Now i have E602-2001 and i cant write system and cant do hd format.
Before i have problem with touch screen , and i press *17*39* factory , and tray to calibrate touch screen on "25" location its no worked display is bad.
then made a mistake(stupidity) i try to clear ram on location "1" and clear 35* all ram clear. When i restart copier i got E602-2001
I cant write system . I was replace boot rom (on this copier version 50.47 with 2.21 from second copiers and ) i got E602-001 and tray to put new System with SST 4.22
i was tray with 4 different version software and i cant do nothing.

did you try an HDD format then reload your system?

start machine in 2&8 mode and give it a try. You might need to replace the HDD though.

Problem solved ???
Yes I did low level format but still same thing.
AND after two days
I was remove hdd controller and put hdd direct to board .(on second machine I saw that she had no controller and works)
and write successfully new system, everything work, but when i back hdd controller I have E602-2001 .and sam problem i cant write nothing .

Now Machine without HDD controller work with S1 RIP maybe little slower spool but I don’t know how to back to work with HDD controller.
I'm pretty sure that the HDD controller correct.
