Canon IR 6020 - Image Fading & blurry a little

Fading.pdfI'm having a hard time getting this problem fix. Any help would be great. I had all 3 corona assembly replaced & deleloper unit. What is is doing now is the copy is a little blurry on the sheet 20lb copy paper. Hard to see but it is there. Shows up on 80lb cover stock the most...
It is also fading or missing toner on the 2nd side of the sheet. see sample enclosed, but it doesn't do it to all the sheets, it does it here & there...but when it does it, it is the 2nd side.

Try cleaning and sanding the developer clutch a electro magnet they can cause wierd problems

the issue is with COPIES or PRINTS
or BOTH

It's both with prints & copies.

The toner(prints) doesn't rub off so i don't think it the fuser.

that is like try to find a needle in the hay stack for it doesn't do it to every sheet. Say it's a 200 page book, maybe 20-30 sheets would be like the sample I enclosed. you can see the outline of the type on the print just that it isn't dark in some spots. I know the file shows it outline missing, but i can see it on the copy. And remember it is only on the 2nd side whenit does it.

what shape are the transfer carona guides in? If they are worn out the trans/sep assm. might not be sitting correctly causing the image quality issue.

it could also be something in your registration transfer assembly causing the issue.

Thanks for the info for I do use Canon Authorized Service rep from a very well know company. the person does it on the side for me.

What about the age of the developer assembly itself? 6020's have been around a long time, also as previously suggested, has the developer clutch been replaced?

Developer unit been replaced, don't know about the clutch.
Will pass all this info to my tech when it comes back.

How many copies are on it? The drum may need to be polished. You can request another tech, if need be.

Have you looked at the developer clutch yet? a other thing to check is to pull out the drum unit and feel the drum make sure the drum heater is working we would unplug them in the winter and plug them back in during high humidity summer
