iR5000i "Remote UI contents not found. Internal Server Error"

I have a customer that gets this message when they try to connect to the machine's web page. I checked the connectivity to the machine. I Can Ping and print to it. They got this machine from another department. Is it possable that someone has messed with the software on the Hard dRIVE?
    Thanks

Check the printer's system settings menu to make sure RUI is turned on.

Also confirm that RUI is actually installed on the printer.

To add to this discussion, I just fought RUI not visible on a 3245, and after several software reloads by another tech and myself, still could not see it's RUI. Ping and print were fine. Ran a network config page and then cleared MMI. (Caution, you will lose network settings and user ID numbers if you clear MMI) I plugged network settings back into the copier and now RUI worked.

I found that, (from the network config page), they had attempted to limit access to the copier to 2 address' in order to use some remote access software, that actually would not work properly when they had the settings limited down to the 2 address', but when opened up to the world, the software ran as it should.

Moral of the story, MMI clear may clear up the problem, and hopefully you are not using User ID's on the copier.
