    [Jamming] iR-ADV C5045i 020F Jam

    Deck pickup sensor stationary jam. (020F)
    Installation done correctly.

    Cannot find anything..

    It works for about 200 copies.

    Dont know what to do.
    Please help.

          you probably have a flat spot on your sep roller.
          use fb2-7777.
          clean the pickup and feed rollers.
          sometimes they are slippery when new
          take the top off and watch it feed.

              Thanks for your help guys.

              Change all the rollers and aligned the deck really well.
              Still same problem. Made it a bit worse actually...

              So like in the good old days I thought i should take a chance and change the clutch (CL2, FH7-5826).
              Yes, that was the problem!

              Made nearly 1000 copies without jam and before I had several jams in hundred copies.

              Case closed!
