Stitch function with Canon IR ADV c5030

Hi Everyone. I am having an issue with setting up the stitch function for one of my clients mac workstations. The driver is installed and everything works with the Printer through the Fiery Featured except for the Stitch function. Whenever I go to set to stitch, a compatibility window comes up and says that the stitch function is not compatible with Inner Finisher A1. I have looked high and low for the setting that would resolve this and can't seem to find it. I have looked on another mac here that the stitch works fine with and the settings on both systems are exact.. can anyone point me to the right direction? Because I have no idea how to solve this.. please help! Thanks

I have reinstalled this driver numerous times. I have downloaded the driver from the printer web interface, I've even grabbed alternate drivers online as the system I am installing on is a Mac OSX Snow Leopard.

Other systems with the same settings all can use this function and this is why I'm stumped. All systems are using the same driver, it is only this one system with the issue.

Also, does anyone know of a tech support line I could call for NA relating to Canon's Imagerunner series?

      Many thanks!
