    Canon IRC 3220

I have poor quality copied images on the machine. When I print from PC,there is no problems, but copy is very bad, weak colors and weak contrast.I did the auto gradiation, but nothing happens.Does anyone had the same problem?

Before you ran AutoGradation, did you bother to run CCD Adjust in Service Mode>Copier>Function>CCD first? The scanner has to be able to "see" correctly before it can be used to judge the density of the copies it produces...

CLEAN the scanner mirrors first, then do ccd adjust and auto grad.

What do you have the original type setup as?
check your image quality defaults under additional functions as well to make sure that something hasn't been set to lighten up the image.
